Green Shake Smoothie

🕔 Ready In: 10-15 Minutes

🍹 Serves: 2

🍽️ What you’ll need: Blender

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 dried dates – pitted
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

Add all ingredients listed above to your blender and blend until smooth. Serve, and enjoy.
